Before Sam founded Avante Management Group he held a wide variety of diverse positions throughout the logistics & supply chain industry including the United States Air Force! He took some time to dive deep into these industries and soak in as much knowledge as possible. Sam has attended the University of North Texas. With this newly acquired knowledge of supply chain/logistics and airfield industries; Sam saw a unique opportunity. A challenge he was willing to take head-on. Thus, the creation of Avante Management Group!

Sam approaches this industry with a modern take on Airfield operations/services that allow for plenty of room for growth and evolution. Sam’s vision is to create a team of highly qualified & motivated professionals who uphold the utmost professionalism while at the same time ensuring we are all having a good time when getting the job done.
